There are things in this head
Which refuse to conform
They want me to be like them
Normal ?
Yet this feels normal to me

It is normal. Just different. Without the title, this is incredibly universal. The title hints at your topic, without limiting the relatability of the message for those not on the spectrum.

It's written from the perspective of my son who has Aspergers ( labels again) I will confess that I have both questioned and attempted to enforce the normality into his life out of both fear and love. I ended up confused myself. He is my greatest teacher yet. I'm blessed to have him in my life.
