Dealing with Death

You can go now,

I'm o.k. with it.

I'm all out of tears, in this place that I sit.

It's next to your bed, the one where you've stayed,

since you fell into that coma, during the last of your days.

I can't figure out why God needs you right now.

It's really not fair, no way, no how.

I guess I can't be greedy and I need to let you go,

I've had you for so long and I hope you truly know,

that I love you with all of my heart and someday will see you soon.

I can't seem to let you go on this night without a moon.

Set your mind at ease and let God soon do the rest.

Breathe one last breath on earth and give heaven all my best.
