Power and fame are like the prettiness of a seductive goddess
As intoxicating as a gorgeous wine
Beautiful and irresistible they are
Yet as destructive as a plague
They seduce you like the antics of a naked goddess
Deceive you like the taste of a sweet wine
Intoxicating you to the marrow of your existence
Slowly serenading you into the oblivion of your shadow
Habouring no space for sobriety
Till the sword of vile is drawn from the sheath of innocence
Feeling like a champion in a never-ending dream
Till your shadow becomes reality
Reality of self-destruction and helpless tragedy
