Silly Human

As if the rabbits would want to have a lowly human amongst them.

"Silly human, fighting a rabbit to win your place amongst us, what an idiotic thought. I would have been better to have left you where I found you."

"Yes, it is absurd, a human living amongst rabbits." Gathis looked at Beredin and agreed silently.

"I have nothing back home, nothing's gone my way for the last five years. Living here would be a fresh start for me."

"And what would we gain from it Henry? Or do you only think of your gain?"

"Typical human, thinking only of himself Kobus."

Gathis had more to say
But why bother why
When there'd be no fight
And Henry's hopes of new
Were the most of why as not

"Sorry Gathis, there'll be no glory for you I'm afraid. Ha ha ha!" Beredin, simply pleased with himself then turned and walked away.
