The Bridge

Wonder into sight and release.

(Believe)

The Shooting stars race across my eyes

Flashes of remembrance do not cause failure.

(The)

Words of wisdom have echos of time written

Pages fall from the books of azure in haste.

(Moment)

Running across space and time to catch

Your precious soul floats away...slipping sleepless.

(Has)

Humble and ferocious for hunger of knowledge

Serenity and the words of the storm is within your vessel.

(Meaning)

Cosmos from a far reach into your mind

Pulling those branches of peace from the soul.

(Within)

Sitting on this bright moon I still look up

For the bridge of tomorrow has no promise for me.

                           "Whisper the secrets

                           Making ripples in the water

                           Eternity of knowledge replaces the pages

                           Still walking backwards to do the same again."
