Left Behind

But Not Forgotten.

"She Said I Love You. 

 It's Was The Last Thing I Heard.

 As My Glowing Feather Fell.

 She Cried With It In Her Hands.

 

           "It Was Proof"  

 That I Was There With Her.

 Standing Beside The One.

 I Loved The Very Most.

 Hoping She Could See Me.

          "But I Failed"

 Instead On The Way Out.

 I Flew By So The Wind Blew.

 Stopping In Her Footsteps.

 She Turned And Knew.

          "I Was There" 

 As My Feather Fell So Did I.

 In Order To Give Her That.

 I Had To Let Go Of My Soul.

 But At Least She Has Me Again.

 And I Left Behind The Best Part Of Me."

I found this piece a little cryptic in a poetic kinda of way which made it much more fun to read.
The passing of loving spirits, i like teh representation of the feather im not sure what it is but the images it conjours are beautiful.
