You and You Alone

You are the light 

In the dim universe.

You are the color

That brings my life to glee.

You are the wonder

That takes my life in awe.

You are the sunshine 

That light up my darkest days.

Though, through the pangs of life,

The reality makes me kiss the earth,

With your presence,

I can bear. 

You are the temporary blindness

In this harsh reality of life.

In YOU, sprang hope

That every present be bearable.

That there is still brighter days to be seen.
