Unfortunately, everyone ends up feeling this sooner or later. When you have the ability to write about this feeling and move past it, you are a natural writer. I can tell that this is what you were trying to accomplish in your writing.
I can feel your emotion through this, which is what really makes a poem. But besides that I can also feel how the hatred slowly builds up throughout the poem. It starts by making me think this is just another poem about heartbreak and relationships, but I feel like this goes a bit deeper.
If I had to suggest something to make it better, I would say make it longer! I was disappointed by how short the poem was. I wanted more.

This poem expresses the emotion very clearly. I agree, hate pushes everything out of your mind. I like this poem very much. I like how you kept hate as the main topic, but added hurt and anger to express it so very vibrantly. =)
Yes, it is surprising when you find yourself hating someone you loved so much.
The rage and strength of your own hate is shocking is surreal to experience.
It just consumes you, expecially when betrayal of any kind is involved.
But it wanes, like everything else with time.
Your poem's really drew a picture for me, reminding of my own hate that I
experienced once. It was so exhausting too, walking around with all of that
hate angst inside of me.
