Full of passion and desire

Hope and memories

Contentment and peace

 

How wrong it can go

One minute there

The next taken away

As if it never existed

 

The memories, good and bad

Buzz around your head

Trying to find a way out

But they are trapped

 

Nowhere to put them

Except in your heart

Which is now breaking

You’re falling apart

 

Picking up the pieces

Making a puzzle of your life

Trying to place it in correctly

But as you well know, it won't fit

 

Are you ever going to heal?

Will you ever be the same?

Hang onto your memories

Await your next love puzzle.
