I want to end this

But don’t know how to

They say it’s cruel to be kind

But it’s so difficult to do.

 

You still mean the world to me

But the pain I feel is unbearable

I cry myself to sleep, if only you could see

I wake to the same feeling, so I know this is not meant to be.

 

I can’t live with you

What a dilemma I am in

Because I can’t live without you

The love of my life, and this must now end.

 

The tears stream down my face

As I write this note to you

I wish you all the best, and for you to find a new place

My heart now my darling, is totally broken in two.
