As I look into your eyes so blue

Your silvery hair blowing in the wind

Raindrops fall upon your face

A face that lights up my life so brightly

 

My heart skips a beat

As I think of pulling you close to me

To kiss those lips so warm and moist

To feel your body next to mine

 

I caress your hands

Your arms

Your body

Pulling you closer as I long for you

My heart beats faster

Thoughts running through my mind

The yearning to make love with you again

At the forefront of my mind

 

Holding your face in my hands

Kissing those moist lips again

Our bodies entwine

Our hearts race

We are at one now

As we show our love

 

The love that we have built

Respect for each other

We only have one life

One life to be truly happy

This reminds me of myself and my honey has blue eyes too ...but not silver or grey hair..but I am losing him daily to dementia and I am trying so hard to make the most of the time we have when he still remembers me and our life together..It so hurts to lose someone in this awful way..Kathie
