Lost somewhere...

Lost somewhere...

A Chapter by Anindita Janhabee
"

just lost...

"
After millons of prayers
She found him
And he found her
After long waiting years...
Their friendship grew
Into something strong
Being honest to themselves
They were quite true...
Sharing jokes and smiles
And also secrets
They didn't even notice
Their conversation till miles...
Oh what a pleasure she got
Even not by her side
He too experienced the same
But a bit different he thought...
Even being distant
They were close
Even being opposites
They did attract...
He wrote her poetry so beautiful
And she lived in it thankfully
Being so much a lovely couple
Painted him a picture so colourful...
Whatever came along
They faced with courage
They had forgotten their past
And composed their own song...
So enchanting was their relation
Untouched yet charming
Comfortable and caring
Beyond words and limitation...
Not even the distance mattered
But someone returned back to him
Leaving her heart
Completely shattered...
Alone in her thoughts
All night keeps sobbing
Just like on a plain paper
Sudden ink blots...
She still waits for him to come back
And erase the incompleteness in her
As her life has become colourless
Undergoing huge crack...

And so quickly the colour runs and life fades to grey...such a stark contrast to the beauty spoken of at the start, we watch everything built crumble, through no fault of our own, yet our thoughts will tell us nothing but the fact that we must somehow be to blame, when in fact it is only others actions that are at fault. A heart healed, then discarded, leaves us asking the question, why heal it in the first place only to break it again. Wonderful, thought provoking words Ani.

Thank you so much Nemo... it's a pleasure reading your sweet reviews...
love's very cunning. it betcha knows how to make hearts' so fool in that...
once the heart's being infatuated with its colorful radiant allure, the life goes lost in some kinda fascinating ecstasy and furthermore, such ecstatic state of mind brings more joy, rejoice and flavorism of comfort to soul, but not exactly, 'cause sometimes, the love could really be a devastation to heart if & eps. "when" it's being forbidden. very deep & captivating poetry you've come up with. lengthy. strong. & exactly written to the point. i'm sure, it's written with the core of your heart. nicely done!

Well penned. though sometimes you just have to let go of the past, and move forward.
I liked the honesty.
