Significance

All these little memories
That mean so little to others
are of great significance to me.

The time we drank steaming cups
of coffee,

All the dull days we spent on
video games,

The small conversations in which
your face shown so brightly,

The shared sodas,
The suggested books,

And

All our awkward texts.

On days when I want to disappear into my mind
These things bring me back with a smile on my face.
