A Picture, A Rose

A Picture, A Rose

A Poem by Jamie R. Robillard Sr.
"

Written in 2004 for a Christmas card to a friend.

"

A picture’s worth a thousand words

Maybe a million or two

A rose by any name is unchanged

I am assured this is true

Pictures drawn, a flower past it’s dawn

may hold no worth to you

What can I share with you my friend

That will always be dear to you...alas

No word nor rhyme could ring more true

Than this simple phrase I'd share with you

I Love You
