My other 1/2...

Someday 1+1will=2...

To find someone to live and die with is truly living
and completely worth dying for,

To mess with the rest is is just a test to see if your
ready or capable of the best,

What your heart and mind equates as perfect my
not equal the same sum as some but you see something
that only you were meant to see because you are meant
to be,

I may not see it as clear as you do but I believe I'm not
supposed too, you two are something that was predestined
a true blessing,

Something to live for or die trying, I just pray that mine will
stop hiding because without her I'm slowly dying,

I want to live in her and die with her
I want not to just seek her but be with her
I need to find my sum to this equation
I will continue praying,

My life will always be unanswered
until I find my other half and I know she's
out there looking for me and probably reviewing
pie graphs,

Soon I know that 1+1 will =2 but for now it's just
1 but I'll continue to seek what I perceive as perfection
and hope she is looking in my direction...

I love this! You expressed some of my feelings exactly and I like how easily you got those feelings onto paper. I love all the rhymes in this poem. I feel sometimes the rhymes make poems tacky, or they can ruin it, but I think this added to the greatness of it. I have too many favorite lines in this poem to quote in my review, so just know that I love a lot of it. The only thing I would change is that instead of having commas at the end of stanzas, either put periods or semi-colons to split it up more because they are separate thoughts for the most part. Great write!!

Now rereading it, I'm not finding rhymes so I don't know what I was thinking, but maybe it was something that the words work together so well in a similar fashion. So great nonetheless.

I love your honesty in openly admitting to how much you'd value having the one in your life.. People's hearts are too weary to be that fresh these day, therefore I like your revived sentiments :)
I had so many favourite lines here,hard to mention them atm..
If you don't mind, the word after "supposed" in the 4th stanza, was supposed to be "too" or "to"?
