Longing for Love...

A Blur...

Today is not my best day
I want the ache in my heart to go away,

I completely long to be strong in love again
I feel my thoughts of my lady just blowing in
the wind,

I can visualize her
I can smell her
I can almost feel her

My vision and emotions are so clear
then a moment later they just disappear, (a blur)

I am confused why my love must be detoured
I am becoming frustrated and it's quite absurd,

She awaits me as I for her finding my lady is a game
of cat and mouse, I game I am getting tired of playing
but if it means capturing the love of my life I will continue
waiting,

I know I must be patient but today my patients are at wit's
end and I so badly want my new life of love to begin,

Some men and women think it's okay to have 2 or 3
but I just want 1 to love have and hold just her and me,

Oh well, when the timing is right everything will fall in it's place
but for now I'll just pace, Lord I know that I'm a disgrace
but if you send me my lady, I promise to win life's race

I can visualize her
I can smell her
I can almost feel her

I beg of you Lord, please let her not be just a blur
I want her, I need her, that is for sure...

What an awesome piece brother... I feel the same way right now. In time we will find the right person, the right one we are meant to be happy with. Everyone keeps telling me be patient so I guess I'll pass that on even though patience is tough. Awesome work!
