Friendship to Love...

A budding rose, my feelings for you are maturing with season,
a once beautiful friendship, is blossoming to new heights,
with the help of loves guided wings,

in flight headed for a monumental change, in our current relationship,
fast moving, from a safe zone, straight towards caution,
sacrificing guard to allow fate to take prey to loves chance,
my heart will be left alone in your silky soft hands,
to do what you will, in high hopes of our love taking reign and conquering,

I realize today, that I love everything about you,
and want nothing more than for you to be my lady now and forevermore...
