Created by God...

Oh, shape me master potter,
please, shape me to your liking,

Construct me into the man, you desire
me to become,

Form my heart, to love as you're heart loves,

Mold me in a way that, others can view your glory
and honor through me,

Sand off all my rough edges, and help me to
think of others needs, before thinking of my own,

Please! Master potter, design me to resemble more of you,

You are the master potter, I just the clay,
I have come from dust, and dust I will return,
l pray before the dust settles,

That you master potter, are completely satisfied with,
I your loyal and faithful servant, your creation...

This piece reminds me of my piece 'Create Me', but mine was about constructing dolls and not pottery. I do love the artistry of having to mold each pottery piece to the creators liking. I simply like the thoughts and minds of artists and how they bring that to life in their work.
