A breath of fresh air...

A breath of fresh air...

A Poem by Jamestown
"

Piece of mind...

"
What a breath of fresh air...

A walk on the beach, on a clear sunny day, sailboat at sail, just off the coast,
fisherman fishing, kids playing, couples entertained with one another and birds stealing
scraps from the care free humans.

You think to yourself, what a breath of fresh air...

Gazing into the ocean towards the island and soaking in the hot sun rays,
totally mesmerized, by God's beautiful creations, so happy, so peaceful,

You again, think to yourself, what a breath of fresh air...

Then as fast as the thought entered, it exited and your attention shifts to a couple of
young children, building a sand castle, laughing and sharing there toys, totally
fixated on the job at hand.

Wow, what a breath of fresh air...

You're day has been absolutely, fantastic, but it's about that time to hit the road,
so you, gather you're belongings and start toward the car, but not before you
take one more glance at earthly bliss.

As you point in the direction of the car, you realize that you will be forced to stroll past the cool sand castle, the kids finished.
Fumbling your keys, they land next to the castle and sketched
in the sand reads "JESUS SAVES"

And you yell, Amen! Thinking to yourself,
what a breath of fresh air.

'A breath of fresh air'
Jamestown,
Yes, and what gives us the life strength of fresh air. We need the health of God design freshness in our lives. Your experience at the seaside was a time when the Lord showed you little sweet gifts which were there right when needed. Your soul was in tune to receive these gems of help to open your heart to God's blessings. It was a great read and showed me the times that God has done the same in my life too.
Blessings to you during this Spring

A beautiful poem. I enjoyed the description and how you led to the very good ending.

We need positive things to know we are okay. Kind words, a smile and a few good words left for us to read on the sand. Thank you for sharing the excellent poetry.
