My Valentines

A poem I wrote on Valentines Day.

A day that means, the same to me,

You must see something that I don’t see,

The next day, tomorrow; the same I’ll be,

If love means what I think it means,

The stars, the oceans, the ends of the seas,

Billions in the world and you somehow chose me,

In the end I just want you to know I love you,

If love means what I think it means,

You happened to look at me the second I blinked,

Now you’re going to think what I think you’re going to think,

I’ll spend my whole life trying to help you believe,

If love means what I think it means.
