The Choice

I sit here thinking about the Lord,
how He came to heal and save the world.
He paid a price He did not owe,
so that we could escape Satan's foe.
He bled and died for the world you see,
so all God's children could be free.
From sin and death and Satan's snare,
so seek God's face in daily prayer.
Seek the Lord with all your might,
keep your focus and don't loose sight,
of God's commandments and all his ways,
and please, please,don't ever stray.
For it is better not to have known me,
than it is to have and then disown me.
The time is near, it wont be long,
till God comes for those who have been strong.
So keep watching and waiting for me to appear,
when you see me, don't stand in fear.
For I will come and call you home,
next thing you know, you'll be before God's throne.
There God then will welcome you in,
and that's when your new life will begin.
If you don't know Him, today's the day,
To choose God, for He is the only way!

Yes I agree that He is the only way to a complete life. It is so easy to get caught up in our day to day lives, but it is very important to keep Him in our hearts and minds so that we won't find ourselves drifting away from Him.
