Sitting alone in the dentist chair, My fear is rising, this isn't fair. I glance around and try to see all the devices used on me. Hooks and drills and pointy picks, evil tools for dirty tricks. Little metal instruments to pull and pry and the big giant light that blinds my eye The dentist comes in and shakes my hand I wonder what agony and torment he's planned. With a little metal hook, he pokes around, pulling and scraping with a sickening sound. Then he packs my mouth full of gauze and wires my face to open my jaws. He grabs his drill and tests it twice and chuckles as I begin to pay the price for all the sweet things I love and hold dear like ice cream and candy and buckets of beer. I'm stuck in this chair with teeth that aren't white because I didn't brush twice or floss at night.
Dental anxiety to a T. There is a special hell where used dentist chairs go to die. Well done!
