How I Came to start writing/ The Birth of Eddie James

This is where you'll learn not only about my main charactor. But myself as it's writer and Creator.

My name is James Edward Beksha, and I'm a 51yr old gentleman living in Massachusetts.
I have a learning disability and A.D.D. (Attention Deficit Disorder)
I've had many jobs in real life up until 1991 When I was diagnoised with A.D.D.
Back in 1985 I was in a garage band as a singer I was good, just not great after that audition. We had 3 other members besides myself and two of them were also named Jim.
Excluding the bass player who's name was Jim, we also had a drummer we all nicknamed J.R. for his name.
I though dropped my last name and switched my first and middle name and created from there Eddie James.
So as Eddie James would be Rock n Roll singer retired from that ambition.

It wouldn't be until Febuary 3rd 1991 that I took a pen and scibbled Eddie James name on a pad of paper thinking to myself "Why not take this name I created back then and make him a fictional character like Spencer (Robert B. Parkers Private Eye) So I began from there.
I did so many re-writes over the years trying to create "The Case Of The En-Slaved Souls"
I created a love interest, an Uncle, an Identical twin brother, a Cousin, a sidekick, an imformer, and a villian.
I read countless writer magazines to prefect a diffrent kind of book manuscript people would read and say to themselves "Wow this is very good" 

Back in 2004 I did 2 things The first was I sent my finished my book manuscript along with my original character names to The Library Of Congress to be copy written and yes I do have the copy writes.
And 2nd I sent a short story excert entitled " A Bikers Dream When Eddie Met Lori-Ann to The Romance with Attitude people so they could use it in their Spicey Thrills Managazine. (I made $25 also for the sale too)

Now some years later I still have the finished book manuscript unpublished.
I really wanted to have it published back in 2008 before my daughter graduated High School but sadly that didnt happen.
So now in 2012 I have the creative burning hotter to get it published.
I want to see my book with my name in a book store shelf for others to see.
And I want to show all my nah sayers that there I did it I set out to be something you told me I was wasting my time in doing.
