Star Shark

Star Shark

A Poem by JP thinks the WC is aptly named

He's wasted on the ocean -

This primordial fish deserves a bigger pool,

Perhaps he'll cut loose from the planet with a flash of his tail

Finding a blacker domain among the stars

His curiousity is piqued by a passing comet

Rowing faster, more directly than he

He surges upwards but the surface eludes him

Then he dives but goes on forever

And then it's feeding time -

But circling the hull of a planet

And smelling not a soul onboard

He goes home to the comfort of

His feeding tank on Earth
