Body Heat RisingA Poem by Edmond Dantes
To hear that you like me and enjoy my company as much
As I enjoy yours, brings a smile to my face You are the epitome of the word Beauty. From eyelash to eyelash, from sea to sea When I look into your eyes, there is a part in you that I see of me I want to relish it, I want to hold you- I want to utterly adore you I want to take your hand and kiss your neck I want to take my tongue and stroke the length of your back. But I don't want to let you go, I need you I want to be your rock, someone you can run to Cry to, make love to, open up to But with me around there will be no crying, Just pure adulation But if a tear shall happen to fall, I'd catch It with my lips My love, hold me-cling to me tightly Body heat rising, with my hands upon your hips. I'm so close I can smell you The scent of the most beautiful garden Alluring me, calling my name- Here I come, I open the door You are standing there With a smile upon your face Nothing shall be left unsaid With our warm endearing embrace. © 2008 Edmond Dantes |
