Kingdoms greatest Racer Once upon a time there
was a kingdom ruled by a single royal family. The King wanted to be the
greatest racer in the kingdoms history so he set up a great big annual race to
prove himself. In the race he came in
seventh place with the winner being a woman. So shortly after the race he
drafted a law forbidding women from racing. Next year the king came
in sixth place with the winner being an immigrant. So after the race he drafted
a law saying only people born in the kingdom could race. Next year the king came
in fifth place with the winner being a younger man. So after the race he
drafted a law saying saying that no one under the appropriate age could race. The
kings own age so of course the appropriate one. Next year the king came
in fourth place with the winner being an older man. So he drafted a law saying
that only people the king’s age could race. Next year the king came
in third place with the winner being a commoner. So he drafted a law forbidding
commoners from racing. Next year the king came
in second place with the winner being a nobleman. So drafted a law saying that
only royals could race. Next year he came in
first place and was forever proclaimed the greatest racer in the Kingdom The End. © 2014 Quinn FletcherAuthor's Note
