Ascend into the new world
Look out at the gray today
Embracing imperfection
That makes the fabric of life

So it's sin to embrace another way
One that calls for the destruction of
One's self
As a way to reach nirvana

Philosophy can't tell
What should be done
Religion and law
Lack in this regard as well

It's unfortunate
That no answers exist
Leaving unsound theories
To take control of the remains

The untested corrupt
With lies like sugar
While the accepted
Grow through pain
