Lies.

Lies.

A Poem by SuicidePact.

Heart pounds,

With heavy breaths.

Significant sounds.

It’s the hidden test

I grasp for your knowledge,

Take everything that you’re given.

Watching as your nerves take control.

Notice as you wipe at your sweated brow,

Nails dig into your unsuspecting flesh,

Lips are bitten by your very own incisor.

Tell me, what you’re thinking,

Tell me your pack of lies.

Mixture of emotions run through my mind while reading this. But I can't stick to one particular one for very long. You change the focus very well. :) (If I read this right)

This piece is stark and relentless, no quarter given to gentle romanticism. Yet, I get sense of pure eroticism, with a touch of cruelty, discord in the background. I see this interesting mix, fluid emotional range. You make it work, a lot tougher to accomplish than one would think. Great write.
