I remember when, you said you couldn’t date me...

Said I was too far away,

Never could come out to play...

You said that you’d miss me, late at night

Said you couldn’t be there when I wasn’t alright...

I told you it wouldn’t matter,

That we could get through it.

I guess deep down you secretly knew it.

Cos soon after that we began dating,

We see each other on the odd occasion,

Text during the day,

Phone during the night,

It could of worked much better if we,

lived so much closer

but secretly I think,

distance makes my love for you stronger...

for we treasure our time together

more than most...

Author's Note

this is about my current relationship...

he didn't want to date at first cos of the distance, and distance is harder when you have to rely on parents to drive ya!!

but hey eventually he saw we could make it work...it's been 5 months and still working :D

I give this 100/100 because...I've been with my boyfriend for a year and a month now. We were best friends in 4th grade, he moved, came back on my 6th grade school year because he realized how much he loves me, we started hanging out more, dated on the last day of school. I got to see him a lot...now he lives in La Follette, Tennesse...an hour and a half worths drive from his house to mine...and we're still together!
