secrets

Everybody has a secret,

Something they don't wish to share.

Perhaps if you knew it, you'd stop and you'd stare

A best friend would keep your's, until you're enemies

Then suddenly she'd have to key to the end of me.

Secrets can be dangerous, be careful who you trust.

Because one day it may come back and bite you on the butt.

Short, sweet, amusing. However pay attention to the way you use "you" and "me"; it goes back and forth and can be confusing.

Fifth line needs to be revised, great poem I like the meaning. I like to say keep your enemies close but your friends closer, it always seems you are more likely to get hurt by friends than the people whom you don't care much for.

Secrets...the thing about them is if somebody else knows then it really isn't a secret..is it?? Only you can trust you...everyone says "it's a secret nobody else knows so don't tell kay?" Thus not a secret if even one person knows..lol I love the comedy to this actually serious topic...Love it :)
