The Watchmaker

The Watchmaker

A Poem by Jacko Pook

The Watchmaker
Letting this pass
For the coming of new air,
The birth of fresh care,
A whisper-scream,
A repeating prayer
For a new day - like the morning wren.

For Lazarus-love to walk again.
