IgnoranceA Poem by JackieWe are not much different from one anotherWe are not divided by color. We are not much different From one another. This dissonance, this ignorance will only continue to pull us under. Insanity proceeds unraveling as we continue to plunder. Our peice of mind No where to hide. We continue only to persue the divide We are not divided by color. Political or spiritual views. We are not much different from each other. You choose.. You follow, we all have a mind of our own. Some lead, Some hollow. Some free, who explore beyond boundaries. Some swallowed. By ignorance. Hypocrites who live by restrictions yet judge those who are different We are not divided by color. Political or spiritual views. We are not much different, We are not much different from each other. You refuse There is no excuse. There is no valid explanation for your views. Your resentment towards those you've offended is demented and will not stand for the abuse. I will not stand by while those cast aside cry, feel a need to die hurt others or search for a place to hide. I pity your ignorance. I pity anyone who lives by such high restrictions Yet still has the audacity to judge others cause there different We are not divided by color. Political or spiritual views. We are not much different, We are not much different from each other. You noose Dec 12th, 2017 Jackie Gunnin © 2017 JackieAuthor's Note
