Should Have Told Me

Should Have Told Me

A Poem by Jackie
"

My daughter was signed up for cheer leading and just the other day accepted. Now this I am delighted to hear. She is involved. The problem for me here is that her mother does not tell me anything.

"
I am delighted she is involved
But you still should have called
I should have been warned
Would've been nice to be informed
I should have been consulted
I should be one a few exalted

You should have told me.
What reasons do you have
to hold it from me

We should have discussed it
previously. It could have been
done easily. It's quite menial. see
This needs to be confronted
immediately. This shouldn't be left
irremediably This I should be owed

You should have told me
What reasons do you have
to hold it.

To hold anything. This is
an allegiance. Their is no explanation
for you to hold secrets. This is deprivation
For you to target weakness. It's an aberration
To be left in disagreements. This observation
You should not keep this so I will be waiting

You should have told me
you should tell me everything
If it's about her. Concur

You should have told me
What reasons do you have
to hold it from me
