Every now and than I spare

Keep it all in. I won't go there

Every now an than I care

Refrain from sharing things unfair

Every now and than I spare

I yield. The thoughts I wield

I keep concealed because I care

Some things I bare I won't share

I cannot shield. I keep it sealed

Won't be revealed. temporarily unaware

Every now and than I keep it in

Don't want to get under skin

Don't want trouble to append

I Don't want. Don't mean to offend

Don't want to descend. Don't want 

my head to spin

Every now and than I spare

Keep it all in. I won't go there

Every now and than I care

Every now and again I spare doubt

Wouldn't want to hurt. Disconcert

So I divert leave it for now
