Because Jesus Died and Rose

The law of God produces death instead

Of the life it promised mankind when at last it came

For they followed the rules and forgot grace and were dead

For it's nearly impossible  to do that just the same

And without faith it is impossible 

And then the entire earth was filled with sin

Yet with faith and grace it was a miracle;

For with access to God we always have to win

So saved by faith with grace we even rejoice

In suffering because it produces endurance

And endurance produces character of choice

And character hope which is our assurance;

We are not stuck in depression and agony's gloom

With hope that Jesus Christ will make us bloom.
