Letting go

Letting go is hard enough
Knowing ill see you around
Is already tough
Day by day it becomes different
When we're not together you act so different

It confuses me everytime
It makes me think
Is she playing with my mind?
Why do I keep asking myself this question,
Maybe I got that impression
That its the case
Should I untie this knot
As if our friendship was a loose shoelace?

My mind keeps processing differently
Its never stable at all
I want to know the true answers
Before its too late and our love falls

I really hate when this happens
Can't focus on school or work
Maybe now it should end
Before it goes further
And all I feel is hurt

Very good poem. The worst feeling is being unsure if something is true or not. It's really hard to not over-think things in certain situations. Yet, sometimes it's the over-thinking that really show us who we need in our lives and who we don't.
