i really like this...i like the form and flow as well as the description of routines at the end of the day when love has gone or there has been some form of loss...i watched my dad build routines after my mom passed and for thirteen years he never wavered: sipping tea, baking, listening to music, napping, daydreaming...it appears that i, too, have many of these routines... nicely-done

I could never do that with women and the results are usually the same. Regrets are a f*****g cancer but to cut it out would mean cutting out the parts now belonging to them. The longing, the emptiness, all that is theirs now. What's left over is mine. I feel for your parents FT. Mine were taken from me very early on but not early enough for me to forget. I'm sorry man.
