an aggregate

overweight 

and struggling 

desperately 

to breathe

as they 

consumate 

sea cows 

on the 

beach.

Well, you didn´t write the F word in the poem, but you wrote it plenty of times in the Author´s Note :). By the way, great poem. I feel like it has some metaphorical meaning that if struggle a little you just might get it. Maybe, that´s just me - always searching for the subliminal message :)
