sometimes grocery shopping is worth having a good time than a night in rome theatre, i enjoy simple things, great things unnoticed, as they take too much of us and no value for a normal ecard, but people stepin and stay forever one who took me to grocery shopping or a day in never never land his own home. But one who took his home directly without a talk to me and to his parents did made a difference in my life. People meet for soem reason live for them for a reason, love them forever for their need or want or for their love to be loved by them.

Thanks. You're right, people's motivations can vary.

Yea i know it shoudl be mutual. Right person really gets motivated truely from heart when that person sees beauty in their heart where it lies as the saying goes beauty lies in beholder.
We are born without knowing what is our purpose or what difference, if ever, we shall make. It's okay in youth but it really begins to jar towards the sunset years. Because for most, the light never dawns and we die still not knowing why we lived. Your poem brings me hope. Perhaps, there is something unseen at work, perhaps, we are a part of a greater plan. But wouldn't it be nicer if we were let in on it, just a bit?

On the other hand, the very fact that we are here indicates it was intended. Therefore, let there be no grief over meaninglessness.

Absolutely! It's only right to rejoice in our existence, each moment. You're most welcome John.
Oh how I so love this short poem with deep thoughts...
I am at a point in my life where I want to go on for longer than is possible... but I do what I love and am joyful that I am well and healthy and most importantly happy.

Thanks, Lisa. It sounds as though you're doing very well. A lot of people can't say as much.
We haven’t got long here. There is a huge amount of living to do. Each day brings opportunity. Great piece of brevity.

This poem is brief like the days of man. It's Incisive like a surgical knife. It's amazing how so little can pass across such a great message. Reminds me of the shortest verse in the bible. JESUS WEPT.. It reminds one of the brevity of life and the most important thing of life which is to make maximum impact and then do one's utmost to be prepared for eternity. I love it

Thanks. The little epigram form allows you to say much in few words.
Such wonderful logic in your words my friend. I do believe. I have repeated many things. Willingly or not. Thank you for sharing the entertaining poetry.

each flame reaches for the sky, something higher...some are snuffed out too early, some just don't reach high enough, some burn others with the tip of their nature, and some actually touch a cloud or two, searching.

Thanks, j. Few flames reach as high as they could, but that they were here means they were intended.
