Love is not restricted to a handbook

Love can happen when you least expect it

Love can happen with just a simple look

 

When you fall in love you are on a hook

Some people in love just cannot commit

You don’t want to steal love and be a crook

This stolen love could end up in a split

True love cannot be found hiding in a book

For true love both must willingly admit

Love isn’t found in every cranny and nook

Sometimes the best love shows up when you quit

You may have to let love simmer and cook
