Feeling Glum

Love is a roller coaster

Sometimes there are days like today

When I can’t think of anything to say

I want so much out of my life

But all I have right now is strife

I have found the perfect match for me

But as of right not she is not free

I want to wait to share a life together

She may never break her commitment tether

Positive is my normal way thinking

But sometimes I can feel it sinking

I know it will worth it, we’ll overcome

But right now I feeling kind of glum

Life has always challenged me

I just wish she was able to see

The life we could share with each other

The thought of her makes my heart flutter

So for now I am content to wait

Only relying on the mystery of fate

I do have some fear in my heart

That we will always remain apart

But until that sad sad day

We go our separate way

Or better yet, you say I do

And let me join in your zoo

I am here until the end
