Imagine this:A Poem by Dream WeaverBrain freeze
Imagine this:
while love blooms for millions of people there
are millions more who go without, go without
ever knowing truly the tenderness of a warm
embrace, who wake up each morning unloved
and displaced.
Never enlightened by a congruous thought,
amalgamated meaningless hopeless and fraught.
There's someone for everybody or so I've been told, a
mystical allegory wrapped up in a bow. Something
old something new, something borrowed and something
blue, symbolic rhetoric inconceivable point of view.
Imagine this:
a world without issues, where everyone is the same, a
society of clones void of disdain. Stripped of personification
so easily, and the loss of all individuality. No wars, no
famine, no reason to blink, no words of wisdom to be
written in indelible ink.
A mindless conglomerate of flesh and blood, willing
but not able to be dragged through the mud. So what's
the point of perfect harmony, if I am you and you are me?
