DisillusionedA Poem by Dream Weaver
A simple infusion of love and hate, topped off by delusion’s, still we procrastinate. Desperate times call for desperate measures lost in a world of sinful pleasures. The outcome uncertain, still we count scores of years, hopeless romantics choking back all the tears. Courage and faith to all who believe, eternal madness deranged deceived. Love and hate go hand in hand, I’m a survivor in a hostile land. Waxing poetics, every word every thought, emotive elusive beguiled and distraught. Daunting whispers that fill the soul one step closer to losing control. Hidden heartaches etched in stone we were never meant to be alone. © 2011 Dream WeaverAuthor's NoteReviews
