Stroll GentlyA Poem by Jessie MacDonaldOn new love
He came into my life with uncertainty
His and mine And we grew together and bonded And my heart separated and joined his And it's wonderful and it's painful, the uncertainty. I want us to be inseparable but separate Separate lives but leading one And my heart aches for the destruction we could cause Too quickly he came into my life and too quickly he could leave Let go, but don't run Stroll gently in his life.
