Which is mightier, the pen or the sword?

One is ambiguous, the other’s pure.

A pen can erect mountains, valleys, hymns.

A sword protects valor, family, friends.

 

A pen can do anything, kind or bad.

A sword can do one thing, with reasons had.

Look at the context, the answer is there.

Neither pen nor sword is completely fair.

 

They both merely channel some emotions,

The User must have. They are tools alone;

and only We for their sins may atone.

My thoughts exactly. I use either the pen or the sword when I feel that each is appropriate.
