Der Spaß (Sterne und Balken)

Der Spaß (Sterne und Balken)

A Poem by John Sullivan

what's to write
of
compassion?

you know
the
times
have
got
a
fashion

kids
still sleep
in
the
camps

this
corrective
collective
of
a
million
"Mein Kampfs"

wood and nail
cross
of
iron

wisdom
and
wit

to shine like the sun!

does
the
uniform
fit?

to shine like the sun

you
must
first

burn

like

it

Mankind and its power hungry mental trips. The devastation and brutality it can create is steak and hard to fathom the monstrosities it creates.

Yes, the poor children kept in camps...It is Hitler all over again...we should know better, but history seems to teach us nothing.

Dear John Sullivan,
I really like this appacionato.
I love the fact that um kemph is a core of what I think is the polem.
I fear, that, we might once again, and many do, but the extent, is what masterminds I.
The figuritive speach of a comodaty, whence, people were commeth,
camps may be good and futile, but we must not close our eyes,
Historians always fear, politics speaks,
----Maynard
