a day is promised

says a Book

prophet's path

a writhing worm

on

a

hook

cast a net

but stay and look

a mountain sings

there's a running brook

horses go mad

enter

the librarian's nook

a Sunflower Sutra

CIVILIZATION TOOK

flowers grow

and

flowers cry

you never stopped to wonder why

carry the stone

an exasperated sigh

crucified in my mind

with the lonely, bitter, and unkind

to live is to die

why rise and try?

a sacred story, there's only One to find

pride of Kings?

What is the pride of a King?

it's all of this

and every other thing

During my 27 years in the mental health field, I interacted with many people who had that diagnosis. Quite a few had unusual feelings concerning religion.

Yeah, strangely enough a certain level of delusion is scriptural. We are all sinners, "and for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie..." I don't claim to entirely understand, but it is fascinating stuff.

extremely thought provoking. pulls in different directions. flowers are delicate but show their true colors. pride has been the downfall of many a king. the whole speaks to me of maintaining a delicate balance in life and not living at extremes in any direction. i like it and enjoyed reading and thinking on it.

Seems a mix of worry and perceived vengeance. Life happens whether or not Man or other living things acts or is throughout life. Perhaps fate or higher decision controls the machinations of thought. Maybe?

The line between fate and free will is a thing I admittedly wonder about sometimes. Maybe we're fated to do the things we would choose do anyways, some sort of paradox... you make a fine point that life will happen irregardless... it's a strange piece from a strange headspace.
