( Ten minutes before the explosion)

Josh: (smiles) As long as I know that you are safe, I can died at peace. Goodbye Lorelys.

I push her off the roof and into the water, I know that she landed well. Kevin look at me with a surprise look on his face. He grab me with his both arms and started push to the edge of the roof. I quickly escape  and push back.

Kevin: Josh what are you doing? Let's go!

Josh: Kevin I can't go, we need to destroy this base, it has all the information and experimentation that he has been doing. I can't let it this slide, I got to do this.

Kevin: But... you will die!

Josh: I know bro, I know. But I am ready to die to save the ones I love.

Kevin went towards me and gave me a hug, I hug him back. Just in case, it wasn’t a gay moment, it’s a bromance, no homo. He went at the edge of the roof waiting to jump, he look back at me one last time and said " Bro's before Hoes?". I told him yeah Bros before Hoes. He than jump and landed in the water.

I turn around and saw Eliezer trying to get up. I ran towards the bomb and quickly armed it, I said it of for 10 seconds. He saw that I armed it, he ran towards me and pin me down at the ground.

Eliezer: (angry) Why the f**k did you do that?

Josh: (smiling) Cause Im a f*****g bad a*s.

The bomb made a huge explosion, causing the base of operations to collapse in an instant. Eliezer and I were falling to the water with parts of the building below us. I kept looking at the sky for one last time, thinking all of the bad stuff that happen to me in the past, all the decisions that I took, leading me to be alone, to be a ghost in this world. I didn’t care I was going died, I always felt the need to be dead, but this time I found people who made feel love. When I am around them I felt I was in a family, even though I loved them all, only some of them made me feel special, that I was loved even if I made mistakes, now I can died happy knowing there alive.

I close my eyes and I thought of Carol, I am seeing her as the day I fell in love with her. Her smile, her eyes and how kind she was. Since that day, I never stop thinking about her, I miss her so much. Every time I think about her, tears starts to come out, I feel that part of me has died, while the other one is trying to keep going even though he needs his other half to be strong. My body made it to the water and for few seconds I open my eyes and saw a metal door falling on me and I said, IT'S OVER.

As my eyes were close, I could feel something different at the atmosphere, I open my eyes and saw everything bright. I stood up and look around , I felt that I was standing on a soft white bed, like a cloud. I ask myself where am I, and in that moment I saw her; I saw Carol.

She walk towards me with a smile on her face, she was wearing a beautiful white dress. She look so amazing, I thought it was a dream until she grab my hand, I knew this was real.

Carol: (smiles) Hi honey, good to see you again.

I was still surprise, thinking that it was all a dream.

Carol: Josh, it's really me, it's not a dream sweety.

I hug her really hard and started to cry.

Josh: (crying) I'm sorry, I shouldn’t of let you get in that bus. It's my fault that you died.

Carol: Josh it wasn’t your fault, you didn’t know what was going to happen. You were doing what was best in that situation, you were protecting me and I am thankful for it.

Josh: (crying) I miss you so much! I never stop thinking about you Carol, I love you.

Carol: I love you too Josh, but I am a little upset for your decision after my death. You weren't the man that I felt in love with, you let hate consume you. But after that I saw how Lorelys, Kevin and the others have change you, how the others made you feel happy. Josh even though you were lost, they help you turn back to the man you are suppose to be.

Josh:  They help me get back to my roots, but Carol I need you. When everybody was against me, you were the one keeping me sane, you made me a better person.

Carol: No Josh, I know for a fact that I wasn’t making you a better person, I was there for you, I love you for who you were and the man you were turning to be, but I understood that I wasn’t the person who you will love for the rest of your life.

Josh: What are you talking about?

Carol: Josh, when I died I went here to heaven and I saw you whole life, you were already changing. So it wasn’t me who made you the man who you are now; It was someone else.

I didn’t know who was she talking about, all I know is that I was happy to see her again. She got close to me, put her hands on my shoulders.

Carol: It's time for you to move on Josh! I thank God for putting you in my life, because those last months I had were the happiest moments in my life, but I understood that I wasn’t the one for you, she is out there waiting for you to go to her in the right moment. But first you need to complete your task, it's not your time yet. This is goodbye.

I understood what she was telling me and she was right, I was thankful to have Carol in my life, but to let her go and move on, she is in a better place.

Josh:  I understand Carol, I love you, no matter what happens you will always be in my heart. Wait! Before I go, tell me this.

Carol: Of course

Josh: Is the person already part of my life?

She smiled at me and told me, just wait and see.

I closed my eyes for a few moments. After a minute or so I reopen them; I heard the helicopter, like it was really close. I move my head and realize that I was in the helicopter. I started moving but I couldn’t move and inch, my hands and feet were tied up. I look at the pilot and saw Eliezer, he was the one piloting the plane.

Eliezer: Hey Josh your up! Welcome to Haiti my friend!

Josh: (whispering) Haiti?

The helicopter was landing at a huge base of operations. The base was in a Mansion; it look like a f*****g castle. When the helicopter landed, two guards came and grab me to take me inside the base. While they were taking me through the base I started looking around the room and I saw a lot of scientist in the room. I didn’t know what they were planning but I know it wasn’t good.

They strap me into a machine and made me wait there for twenty minutes, after that, Dr. Bonilla appeared in the room.

Dr. Bonilla: Why hello there Josh, glad you come back to me.

Josh: (serious) Let me go!

Dr. Bonilla:  I’m sorry I can't let you do that; you see, you are the only one who didn’t failed  my experiments, so that makes you special. You’re going to take orders from me. But I saw that at your first demonstration, you hold back, I realize that you were fighting and I couldn’t control you completely.

Josh: So does that mean your going to give up?

Dr. Bonilla:  Oh son of course not, we are going to simply put a barrier in your mind, making it think that it's all in blank.

Josh: Wait in blank? As in I won't remember anything?

Dr. Bonilla: (smiles) exactly! Start the process

They powered up the machine and started shocking my head with more than 1000 volts. I was screaming so hard, the pain is unbearable.

Josh: (screaming) You won't get away from this, my friends will stop you!

Dr. Bonilla: Let them come, by the day they appeared at this country, I will have my new ultimate soldier, which is you. Want to know the best part, you are the one who is going to kill them.

      They raise the volts and I quickly pass out...

Dr. Bonilla:  Did it work?

Scientist: Yes doctor, we put a wall in his mind, blocking Josh's memory, now you can control him without having to deal with Josh; he is gone
