The tale of Jorge the great

Why hello there, how are you guys doing? My name is Jorge. Josh is not with us, he died trying to protect our lives, it was a sad day for all of us. I promise myself that I will protect this group like he protected it, but with more love and kindness. Right now we are in Dorado, trying to make it to San Juan, to complete our mission. We stayed the night in Dorado, we were driving non stop and we all wanted to rest.

We were staying in a house that we found next to the road, we  took refuge there for a while. Now that night we were all having blast. Kevin and Natalia where getting to no each other more and more.

Natalia: (smiling) Hahaha, your so funny Kevin.

Kevin: (acting cool) Oh stop your just being nice... Then again I am kind of funny.

Natalia: Well for me you are funny and cute.

Kevin started  blushing really fast; they kept their conversation going. Nate and Windelys where, well lets just say they are already making out. You know Nate he doesn’t wait for nothing, but at least there enjoying each other company. As for me and Lilliana, well we were talking about who is going to be leader of the group and everything.

Lilliana: Jorge I know that you are still upset about Josh's death. But now is not the time to be upset, now is the time to act. Is time for you to be in charge of the group.

Jorge: I know, I got to lead the group but I need to figure out the plan.

Lilliana: What plan?

Jorge: The plan Lilliana, the one we need to do to enter San Juan. There's a lot of stuff to do and I'm losing my mind.

Lilliana: Just relax for now, everything will in the right moment. Come with me, let's go outside for a moment.  

She grab my hand and took me outside, I was with a lot of stress. We went outside and we sat down on the ground. We were just talking of what we like and who we were before everything went to hell. We had a lot of stuff in common, I fell for her real quick. When she look at me, her eyes sparkle, she is so beautiful. She put her head on my shoulder and told me " I'm glad that all of this happen, because I had the honor to have met you". I told her that I feel the same way. It was a great night, it's  a night that I will never forget. We went inside and join the others and went to sleep.

It was morning, 7:45 am, Nate just woke up to take a piss in the bathroom. When he got out, he saw people outside. He quickly rush towards us and woke us up.

Nate: (whispering) Yo! Wake up everyone

Natalia: Dude, let us sleep for a while.

Nate: B*****s get up! There's people outside.

Everyone was surprise, including me. We quickly went outside to talk to them. When we got outside, they quickly saw us and started to talk to us. The leader introduce himself, his name was Jaime.

Jaime: So what are you guys doing around here?

Jorge: Oh, just passing through, we are going to San Juan.

 Jaime: San Juan huh? Well I can't let you do that.

He and his friend took out guns and pointed all of us.

Kevin: Hey what the f**k are you doing?

Jaime: You guys are coming with us.

Nate: The hell we ain't!

Jaime look at Nate with rage on his eyes. He went towards him and punch him in the face. Nate fell down, he got mad so he started fighting back. Nate hit him with an uppercut and started to hit him in the stomach. Jaime saw felt blood on his face, so he quickly gave Nate a kick on the face, causing him to fall on the floor.  Jaime quickly climb on him and started to beat him up. He kept beating him until he was exhausted, I can't explain much of how his face was, all I can say is that Nate was left with a lot of blood on his face, with two black eyes, bloody nose. Windelys rush towards him.

Jaime: Stay back b***h! Unless you want the same face.

Jorge: Guy's calm down, we don’t want any trouble. Just let us go.

Jaime: Oh we can't let you go. You see it's been weeks since we have not eating meat and my team needs meat.

Jorge: We don’t have any meat.

Jaime: Oh yes you do....

He look at us with hunger, making us understand that this b******s are carnivores. We were all frighten and  don’t know what to do. Looks like we were going to be food for these b******s, it was my first problem as a leader, I couldn’t think of any idea in that moment, but Lilliana did.

She threw a smoke grenade on the floor. We couldn’t see anything, the only thing I did in that moment is to tell everyone to run. We all scattered; Jamie and his group went after the people he saw. I grab Nate and took him as far away as possible. Kevin, Windelys and Natalia went together trying to take the guns off on of Jaime's guards. Lilliana was fighting Jaime in hand a hand combat, but Jaime quickly knock her out.

I took Nate to a safe place, when I turn around I saw my friends being capture by that b*****d.

Guard: We got four of them. Shall I go and look for the other two?

Jaime: No! There not going to leave without their friends, take them away.

I saw them being taken away by that mad man. For the first time in my life, I didn’t know what to do, only sit and watch my friends being taken. I thought I could be a good leader, someone who can protect them, but I failed, I'm sorry Josh, I have failed you....

It was night time, I made fire to keep Nate warm, he hasn’t woke up for hours; he is brutally injured. I kept looking at the star's, remembering my friends, remembering Lilliana. After a few hours later, Nate woke up, but he still couldn’t move.

Nate: (weak tone) Jo... Jorge

Jorge: Hey buddy, thank God your ok.

Nate: Whe....where's the others?

Jorge: (crying) They took them! And I couldn’t do anything. I felt useless Nate, I'm sorry that I couldn’t protect you guys.

I kept on crying while Nate look at the stars for a while. He then started to poke me until I stop crying.

Nate: We will get them back, you will save them. You are strong Jorge, you just need a good plan, that can make this work.

Nate was right, I can make a great plan, all I need is time.

 

Five hours later...

Jaime and his group were hiding in a farm, far away from the city. They had our friends hostage, preparing them be killed so they can enjoy a nice meal, WHAT THE F**K YO!

Jaime: Alright people is been four days since we ate a decent meal. It's time to cook our food and enjoy it.

They all cheer with excitement cause they were going to eat. Jaime look at all of our friends to see who was he going to eat first. He took long look at all of them, he saw Natalia and smile. He got close to her and started touching her hair.

Jaime: (smile) You look delicious.

Natalia: (spit on Jaime's face) You’re a pig! A disgusting monster.

Jaime quick go's back and cleans his face, look at her with hate and told the group to cook her first. Two men grab her, she started screaming. Kevin couldn’t take it anymore so he stood up and push  one of the men's out and try to take down the other one. Jaime quickly hit him on Kevin's face causing him to fall down. He laugh at Kevin and told his group to take him away as well. While Kevin and Natalia were been taken away, Jaime went towards Lilliana for quick chat.

Jaime: So do you love my farm?

She didn’t comment, Lilliana kept looking at him with hate on her eyes.

Jaime: You know, I don’t see much pretty girls around lately, maybe you can be my sex slave. What do you say?

Lilliana: I rather died than have sex with you!

Jaime: Well that’s too bad, cause I am going to f**k you first and then kill you.

One of Jaime's men called him, he said that someone is coming towards the farm. Few of the crew went over the entrance to see who was it. When they made it they saw me walking towards the farm. Jaime laugh loudly, watching me coming towards him.

Jaime: Well look who is here! Came back to save your friends?

Jorge:  I'm here to ask you nicely to let them go.

Jaime: ( He laughs) Let them go? Now why would I do that? We are starving!

Jorge: I want my friends back now. If you won't give them to me, I'll kill you all.

Jaime and his group started to laugh like crazy people. Jaime told his men to kick his a*s. They ran towards me and started  beating me up. After a while they stop and took me inside there farm. I barely saw what was in there, all I know is Jaime had more than 40 people inside that farm and I didn’t know how all them could fit in there. They threw me next to Lilliana and Windelys. I could also see Kevin and Natalia with their hand tied down on a rope to the ceiling.

Lilliana: Jorge are you ok?

Jorge: Yeah I'm fine....

Lilliana: What are you doing here?

Jorge: I came here to rescue you guys.

Windelys: No offense Jorge, but this is the stupidest  I have ever seen. I mean how the f**k you are going to rescue us if your trap here?

Lilliana:  I agree what were you thinking?

Jorge: Relax, this is all part of my plan.

They look on each other thinking what kind of plan is this. Jaime arrive and started talking to us about what is surviving is all about. He started to say that to survive in this world you got to take the craziest thing ever and use it to be strong. He was about to killed Kevin and Natalia, it was going to be the end of them until I stood up.

Jorge: I'll say this once Jamie, let us go or else!

Jaime: You are starting to get on my nerves. It's over, I have won. Now stay there and watch your friends get killed.

Just when he was going to kill them with his own bare hands, from a distance Nate was arm with a sniper rifle he found at the supermarket rs office. He shoot a gas tank, causing an explosion in the farm.

All the enemies who was next to the gas tank flew away by the explosion, while the other half just went to the floor. Jaime quickly stood up and told ten of his men to go outside. In that moment I grab my magnum .35 out of my back pocket and started killing the enemies.

Jaime and his crew took cover. I use that opportunity to release Lilliana so she could free the others. The enemy started to fire back at me, I quickly took cover but kept shooting. Lilliana release the rest of the team; they grab some guns and started to shoot at them.

Jorge: Guys, take them outside, Nate is with a sniper rifle is the only chance we got.

Kevin: We got this Jorge! Alright let's go!

My friends went outside; Jaime told eight of his men to followed them outside, leaving Jaime with two men and with me inside the farm.Outside, Nate was shooting every single enemy that he sees.

Nate: Yeah! Take that you dumb m***********s. Don’t mess with me n***a!

The rest of the group started helping Nate, causing a freaking war zone.

I stop shooting, I was out of bullets. When I check into my pocket, I only had three bullets left.

Jaime: It's over you f****r, surrender and maybe I will spare your life.

I know that I won't survive this either way, so I use my secret move, one that I only use as an emergency....  I jump out of the cover and they started shooting at me. I started to do flips every time I jump. At the second flip in mid air I shot the first bullets and said " One Batch". I killed the one of them leaving two left. I ran towards a haystack, I threw it at one the remaining soldier causing him to grab it and giving me the opportunity to shoot my second bullet, I said " Two Batch", he fell to the floor with a bullet in his heart. Now there was only one left, Jaime. He quickly started to shoot like crazy, so I ran to the right. He was out of bullets, so I ran towards him, I did a backflip and hit him with my feet. He fell to the ground and I quickly pointed my gun to him. He look scared,  he know what was coming. I smiled and put a bullet to his head. I quickly spin my magnum in my hand and put in my pocket and said " Penny and a Dime" and went outside. That was my signature move, I called it "The afterburner"

I went outside and saw the enemy pointing their guns at me and my team. I raise my hands and drop to the floor. Nate couldn’t shoot anymore because he was out of bullets. The enemy was ready to fire, I look at Lilliana and told her that I loved her, she told me she love me too. In that moment someone threw a smoke grenade. The enemy went crazy, they didn’t know what was going on. Out of nowhere two people with a ninja style outfit appeared and started killing the enemy. I am not going to lie it was pretty gruesome and awesome at the same time. One was using a samurai sword and the other one was using a machete. They all took the enemies head off with no problem at all.

Me and the team got out of the smoke and waited to leave. When the smoke left we all saw organs on the floor, heads chop off and arms in different areas. They'd turn around and looked at us.  I walk towards them.

Jorge: Thanks for saving us, guys. If it weren't for you we be dead.

Nate got to us after the crossfire and saw that everyone was ok. We all stood there thinking who are they. The one with the machete raise his hands and took the mask off; Kevin was surprise for who it was.

Kevin: ( With tears) Lorelys?

Lorelys: (crying) Hi Kevin.

Kevin ran towards her and started to hug her. They were both crying, relief for finally finding each other. Kevin was so happy to know that his sister was still alive. But we all didn’t know who she was so we ask.

Nate: Kevin who's that girl, a w***e?

Kevin: Guy's this is my sister.

Nate open his eyes really wide and went running and said " I am not ready for this s**t". I really don’t know what was he saying but he always being a total jackass.

Jorge: Lorelys I thank you for helping us and welcome to the team.

Lorelys: Thanks, you guys don't mind if my friend joins as well?

Jorge: Of course not, who is he?

So the guy with the samurai sword took his mask and we all were in shock.

Jorge: J.... Josh?

Josh: What's up Jorge! I'm back!

The group went and hug Josh, but I was surprise that he was still alive; I was also relief. I ask him how did he survived and he told us what happen.

Jorge: I'm glad that your alive bro, but I have failed you.

Josh: Failed me? Of what?

Jorge: (sad) I didn’t protect the group when they needed me. These people took them away and I was so scared, I didn’t know what to do.

He got closer to me, he put his hand on my shoulder and said....

Josh: Jorge look around you, our friends are alright. You saved them, you did your best even though the odds were against you. You were a fine leader and I thank you for protecting them.

I am not going to lie, that made me cried, I'm glad that he is alive and now he can lead us to defeat the doctor.

Jorge: So I guess that's the end of Jorge the great. I can't wait to narrate the next adventure we are going to have...

Josh Yeah..... Jorge listen, now that I'm here, you don’t need to narrate the story anymore.

Jorge: (upset) Oh well, that’s fine....

Josh: But hey if I died, you will narrated again. Ok?

Jorge: That's never cause you are the protagonist of the story!

Josh: HEY! Some protagonist in other stories have died. ( Wink to the readers)

So now that I'm back, let's get this show on the road!

Meanwhile at a distance, Eliezer saw that I was still alive. He also saw Lorelys, who was new to the group. He soon realize, that Lorelys was the person who threw the grenade at him. He figure out, how to capture me once and for all.

Eliezer: Dr. Bonilla, its Eliezer.

Dr. Bonilla: What is it?

Eliezer: I found the group, Josh is there as well.

Dr. Bonilla: What? I thought you killed him.

Eliezer: I couldn’t, someone got in my way and I finally figure out who. It’s a girl who saved his life.

Dr. Bonilla: Well send me a picture of her.

Eliezer took a photo of Lorelys and send it to Dr. Bonilla computer. He scan  her face to see if there's  information about her. He found some information and he was surprise of what he found.

Dr. Bonilla: Eliezer listen up, you need to capture that girl and this kid on her left. His name is Kevin.

Eliezer: Whats so important about them?

Dr. Bonilla: They know Josh since they were kids, but that’s not it. They also have a connection with him. If you capture them, he will surrender to us and we can use him for my new experimentation.

Eliezer: Sir with all due respect, I should be the one testing the Delta project.

Dr. Bonilla: Your not compatible, but Josh is. Capture Kevin and Lorelys and bring them to San Juan.

Eliezer: Got it boss.

He kept looking with the binoculars, but kept watching Lorelys with hatred in his eyes. He said to himself " I am going to make you suffer".
