Ode to Luffy(One Piece)

I love Luffy and this is before the time skip.

There he is, on the rams head

his hand on his straw hat

There it is, that smile

competing with the sparkle in his eye,

his eyes are big, full of curiosity and 

self-confidence

I will win he thinks, I will be the Pirate King.

We think he will, We know he will,

He always wins he shows us all

But then some bad things happen,

We lose our hope, but he prevails

We rejoice we regain

There he is, with 300$ million

on his head, He smiles wide

yet again, always optimistic

he loves his Nakama (friends) and proves

it time again

We love our Luffy, the soon-to-be, Seventeen-year-old
